A slow-paced practice, with great attention to detail and use of props. Featuring gentle movements to warm-up and a less intense, non-strenuous practice that will allow us the opportunity each week for grounding and reset of the mind and body. The Warm and Gentle class provides a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all and will be a complement to our usual heated static and flow classes.

 

Expect a more minimalistic, quiet, and meditative format.

 

 

Each class is heated to 90 degrees with 40% humidity.
